We were buying a house in the St. George area from out of state. This can present some challenges but Jared was very patient and attentive to our situation. From the start, Jared helped us navigate the area, listened to our needs and gave us insight to the local area as well. He was very thorough and asked questions to get an idea of what we were looking for.

After closing on our home, he continued to help us take care of things that we could not do, because we live out of state. He went above and beyond for us! He was always there for us (answering our questions and actively listening) and we are very grateful for him.

 Verified We just closed on our house from out of state and honestly I was dreading the whole process. It's scary enough buying a house when you can walk through it, let alone when you're relying on videos and someone else's judgment. But Aspen made it so much easier than we ever expected.

She just got it. She understood what we wanted right away and never wasted our time with pushing properties that didn't fit. Every question I had, she answered within minutes or found out as soon as possible. She was able to accomadate our schedules including the time difference.

One thing that really helped out was her recommendations. Every person she sent us to inspector, lender, contractors all of it was solid. That alone saved us so much headache because trying to find those people from another state would have been a nightmare.

But the biggest thing is she just kept being there for whatever. She was able to keep things from going sideways, and offered to help. She went way beyond what any normal agent would do and never made it feel like an inconvenience.
